Travel Tips

1、丽江处于高原地区，紫外线辐射强烈，一定要做好防晒工作，避免阳光直射，否则会晒伤皮肤。雨季出行记得带伞。 2、丽江海拔较高，应注意休息，以免出现高原反应。若出现高原反应也不要紧张，深呼吸，稍作休息就可以减轻不适。另外，多吃水果、多喝水也能预防高原反应。 3、景区商业化严重，游客较多，一定要注意防盗。尽量不要在景区内购买东西，以防受骗。 4、不要乘坐黑车，以防被骗被抢；也不要盲目参
